We are looking at themes of justice for this week of 24-7 prayer and so to kick off the time, the plan is to join the Calgary Justice Cafe on the Friday night as they look at issues of poverty in Calgary. On Saturday, we encourage people to join the Fill worship event at Centre Street church. The rest of the week we want to focusing on praying around various themes of justice.

Pop on down anytime during the day to pray. If you want to pray overnight from 11pm-8am please email andy.wilson@24-7prayer.com, or call Andy at 403-399-5631 or call Kirk at 403-889-6687 ahead of time. Due to the nature of meeting in a facility downtown, in that neighbourhood, we ask you notify us ahead of time if you desire to pray at night, for your safety as much as anything.

Parking: In car park across the street from facility except for Tuesdays. On Tuesday, you'll probably have to pay for street parking.

We look forward to spending some time with you and God!

What is 24-7?

24-7 is people praying 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in up to 46 countries around the world, with as many as 20 prayer rooms running concurrently.

24-7 prayer is not for experts. It is for those who find prayer a struggle.

24-7 is a model that works! It has proven unusually successful at mobilising people - especially young people - to pray like they've never prayed before. People learn to pray... by praying!

24-7 captures the imagination. The dare is to be alone with God for a whole hour - maybe even in the middle of the night.

24-7 makes prayer easier. The arts play an important part. Many say that "an hour feels like 10 minutes in the prayer room".

"A Prayer Room helps a church look beyond itself, motivating it to unleash prayer power for the unsaved, the community, the nation, the church's missionaries, and the world."
